It's also a good time to think about reducing what we consume as we are often unaware of what and how much we actually consume. . This can include unhealthy foods such as sugar, alcohol, smoking, addictions to shopping (yet another pair of shoes? Or another tarot deck or book that looks intriguing on Instagram?), social media, Netflix... . The current waning moon phase invites you to think before you consume, i.e. buy, eat, drink or use and instead enjoy a bit of a detox. . Think about what you are craving and if it is really necessary, useful or beneficial to follow your cravings (e.g. that tub of ice cream!😄) . It doesn't mean you have to give up something forever. . You could, for example, avoid sugary foods and drinks for the next 5 days (set a time scale that feels right for you) and see how you benefit from it. .
