⚡️LIFE IN PIECES⚡️ Most of the reason we struggle is because we do not realise that we have access to what we need. I’m not referring to our physical needs; food, shelter etc. I am referring to the elements that balance our experience; passion, inspiration, space, expansion, intention, decision, flow and cohesion, stability, strength Fire, Air, Water, Earth. We are the magician. Each moment offers its own opportunity. We are so busy trying to get some place that we forget to pause and experience what is happening now. What is happening now is the pathway to the future. We pave it as we go. If we can’t enjoy now, the likelihood is we won’t enjoy then either. Your happiness does not hinge on the presence of any particular situation or person. But the energy you choose to channel now will feed into what you experience later. Not only this but HOW you choose to channel it sets up a template for your future experience. Are you resisting, suppressing? Or liberating and expressing? Expression doesn’t have to be big and dramatic if you allow it to happen moment to moment. Be honest. Know it is ok to say ‘I felt that then but I feel different now’. You are only responsible for you in this. Breath to create space, move your body to create fire, soften your mind, listen to music and experience water to create flow, stand barefoot on the earth to stabilise and feel your strength.
