They didn't show what Magne's answer was after he put his hand up so I'm just going to assume he said "me."
Funny how the LOV is a weird case where everything that could go right for THEM did while everything for the heroes that could go wrong did. They appeared right as All Might was reach his limits, his new protege just starting out, and when hero society stagnated, despite the fact the LOV is kinda fragile meaning it wouldn't take much power or competence to make them fall apart.
