gotta say, I have no ethical problem with her being into that, at all, but personally it would make me waaay uncomfortable. I'd be afraid something I did somehow made her act like that.
Oh, no. She was clearly like this well before we met. During our initial, getting-to-know-you period (although arguably, I suppose we are still in that period, really) she expressed great scorn towards people who claim to be into the BDSM lifestyle, but then turn out to only prefer "romantic vanilla bondage," and also towards what she calls "white knights," meaning the sort of well-meaning persons who want to rescue her from the life that she's personally chosen and designed for herself. She has a clear vision of the life she wants, and she plans to get it. And in fact, if my husband fails to be severe enough for her, I expect she will reject him.
