Bug of the Day

The very odd-looking Magusa divaricata (orbed narrow-wing). Seems quite determined and serious in the close up :-). Thx to @eumorpha-dream for the id, and the reminder that I had seen this species before, when it flew by me and landed on the side of a building in Boston (this moth is *strange!*) a few years ago.
