When I had parakeets, we would take a hot water bottle and wrap it around a few times with a towel and place it in the cage. The birbs would either hang out around the radiating heat or rub up against it and it worked pretty well! You just have to change the water every once in a while when it cools down.

Hmm I think that could work. I just need a way to heat the water bottles. Maybe boil water on the gas stove and then put it back in the bottle.

June!

Ohh it was my birthday in June and my parents organized a giant party for me! (A sweet 16 party lmao) It was really fun and I didn’t know much of it so it was also a big surprise! Some of my friends came to my house earlier and from there we were taken with a limousine to the place where the party was hosted. I even invited people from school, that was definitely a first, and I was wearing a dress for once. Apparently there were even people who didn’t recognize me at first?? Oh and they all lined up to give me a present???? Even the girls from school whom I barely talked too?? It was so much fun!! Yeahh good memories!

And at the end of the month my mom had this theater show with her dance groups and organisation and my musical group was in there too! I had to sing and dance in front of so many people jfc that was so scary. I mean, I did the dancing part before, but I’m so insecure about my singing? I know I’m far from the best of it but it went pretty well!!!
