So, Datura Innoxia is the name of the plant which the ancient Aztecs fed to their sacrificial victims before they were sacrificed on the temple. I made this song about half a decade ago or more. Sorry about the audio, I only had one of those cheap computer headphone-microphone combos and it obviously didn’t work very well. I’m not a professional musician, I’m just some woman tinkering around with beats in her bedroom with a cheap mic. Still, for a garage electronic musician, I like it.
Loud and alien. It’s an operetta from planet Pluto. I misspelled operetta in the song title, sorry about that!

Here is an instrumental track I did today. It is basically a little harmony on a synthetic koto and a ton of drums. I played with the timing of each instrument a bit, some of the sounds looped twice as fast as the other loops. I called it Chinampa Garden, which is an ancient hydroponic system developed by the Aztecs. The song makes me think of floating on water and hearing a little piano off in the distance somewhere.
