Okay so imagine: Phoebe drinking the pain of losing Carla away at a casino on the Strip and meeting Kiwi

Would Kiwi take an interest in what's going on with her, if they could tell she was miserable? Would they do anything to distract her? Is there a possibility of a drunken night on the town with Phoebe and Kiwi to temporarily make her forget her pain (until she's hungover in the morning and immediately thinking about Carla again)?

If Pheebs doesn't drink feel free to insert whatever alternate form of Grief Avoidance would be her go-to on the Strip

i don't think they'd meet on the streets of the strip or a casino though! phoebe would be stone cold sober every night losing herself in developing her knife-throwing trick shots for her show at the aces theater, which kiwi would definitely see one night, and be so impressed that they'd go backstage to talk shop about knives with her!! phoebe will have her customer service voice with kiwi at first until kiwi shows phoebe a trick shot of their own and thus a beautiful knives-based friendship would be born :)

how would u recommend ppl to start talking or posting abt their fallout ocs? idk how id start finding ppl to talk to abt mine with lol im rlly shy

honestly... bite the bullet and just post them!!! fallout fandom is very friendly to ocs ive found :) use the tags! post as often as you can - it doesn't even need to be full fanart or fic, even a little line about your oc or a meme or some headcanons would do it! be brave and be proud and don't get hung up on notecounts!!!!

also - and this is the most important - don't be afraid to reach out and reblog other ocs and comment on fics and art and start discussions!! send asks and replies!! everyone's doing really cool shit with their ocs and you should get in on it!!

honestlyyy a lot of my fave fallout bloggers have moved on from fallout and only post about it once or twice 🥲 good for them tbh... but the ones who are still active and post fallout stuff and fallout ocs regularly are @themojaveexpress @wildwildwasteland @uptownlowdown @rocket-69 @dannyburke @userdogmeat @capcollector @papakhan @falloutfurvegas @undeadcourier @jinglyjangly
