Last long run before the half and despite some aches and pains felt awesome. I was able to keep the pace I wanted and still was able to kick it up a bit towards the end, maybe it was this delicious @humagel or my new favorite socks from @lululemon, either way I'm pumped!🏃🏼♀️#strongerthanyouthink #training #mainecoasthalf
