New Italian on Main. Something we’ve been talking about. Wouldn’t it be nice if... we should maybe... Then the other night a friend mentions there’s a new place opening up the street. So on our evening constitutional we swing by. Tried out two glasses of red (interesting wine list explaining flavours, not brand or grape) and two of the appies as we’d already had dinner yet we’re still curious. Two crostinis, just thick and crispy enough. One with duck which was delicious for the “not a big fan of duck” guest and still enjoyable for the duck lover. The anchovy was fresh and tangy, nicely accompanied with crispy radishes. Their menu is small, as is the space, but both are inviting. Looking forward to returning for a full meal and exploring the pasta varieties. And the amari.
