Semi dried tomatoes, fromage blanc and button mushrooms. Doesn't sound like much but this was another cracking course from The Kitchen at Maison. Quite simple flavours but when the base ingredient is primo the taste really rocks your socks. Maison Estate located in the Valley of the Huguenots in Franschhoek South Africa is owned by Chris Weylandt, also an owner of the well-known furniture and homeware store, “Weylandts.”  Passionate about wine and design, Weylandt decided to produce his own collection from his Franschhoek farm where the wines are produced with great care in a breathtakingly beautiful setting.
