A word about these lovely dancing sisters: DEDICATION: These girls are in the middle of a marathon week of dance with daily rehearsals from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM... then they are fulfilling their commitments to come to evening dance classes, so another three hours of dance including an advanced 90 minute ballet lesson with me, followed by a 90 minute modern dance lesson with another teacher. I commend these girls for showing up. From their long rehearsals their muscles are very sore, so I did a body friendly ballet barre, then we worked on some choreography, and finished the lesson with a restorative yoga cool down. I could not be more proud of these hard-working dedicated young ladies.
