Best lesson learned so far in 2020, get yourself a friend, @julio_lccd, who makes ridiculously delicious tortillas. It changes the taco game!! I made al pastor for the first time ever and it wasn't too bad BUT the Charred Broccoli Taco with Roasted Corn and Poblano Salsa was crazy good!
