Oh, uh, is the Majin Form for DMC 5 something entirely new? I was under the impression it was already canon since DMC 2 - I could be wrong though, DMC2 is the one game of the series I always get jumbled and forget important details about it.

I mean, it could be? Since, if it’s different and new, it would be even more than an usual Devil Trigger. It would add a certain drama or emotional part to it!

Since I thought the Majin Form is already established, I thought it’s simply - well, either Dante’s Devil Trigger depending on the weapon he has equipped, or (is this even spoiler anymore) or because Rebellion broke, which would / could have been another stressful or dangerous moment that could have literally triggered the transformation. You, know, like, the demon form adjusting?

(Speaking of adjusting, I’m always so intrigued by the fact that the Devil Trigger can literally change forms depending on the weapon, that’s like - their whole body changes. Because of the weapon they carry. It’s so over the top and yet cool I’m always fascinated by that. Alas, not your question, sorry. XD)

ayy the linework on dante’s majin form in 5 is done, now shading can commence! will be long and ardous, but hopefully fun as well
