💅 Unpopular opinion - Apparently that I'd put Fairy Secret on the bottom of my list of movies. I got a lot of people heated on its inclusion in this meme I made but honestly I cannot stand how dragged down it is by that hellscape Gloss Angeles. In a nutshell, I explained that it wouldn't be so bad if GA wasn't meant to be a place you WANT to visit. If it was presented as the awful place for humans that it is then I wouldn't be so mad. Plus it has problems when it comes to how it treats the relationship between Barbie and Raquelle. But oh, how ~dare~ I put it below Princess & the Popstar ?? *rolls eyes*

🎉First Barbie movie you saw - The very first one, Nutcracker, when I was 5. I got the VHS the year it came out for my birthday. So I've been here since the beginning.

HONESTLY, LMAO.

I've commented this before, but it really does amuse me how each corner of the fanbase conceptualizes the issues w/ TTS completely differently. Like, ask fans of 3 different characters what the biggest problem was with S3, and you’d get totally unique (and probably very passionate) answers from each.

We all kind of have our own ideal rewrite, and the potential in all the series' loose ends and unexplored/underutilized concepts makes it an appealing lump of clay.

Can't remember if I've asked you this before or not but do you have a headcanon about Cap's name?

I actually, didn’t have a name for Captain or seriously considered one until I met you and the name you used for him and then later reading bestworstcase’s Bitter Snow series and seeing their name for him

Naturally, I like them both, so the consequence, I took the best of both worlds and I call him Roderick Morgenstern, or Roderick Antonius Morgenstern when he’s like, formally addressed or something

Oh, and I'm sorry for sending two asks in a row but your OCs are awesome! I love OC families in general (possibly because I created one of my own, based more around Cap), but the idea of a support network and the dynamics you show in your artwork of them are just brilliant. (And I agree about Cap being a BBQ dad, too.)

It’s okay, and I really appreciate it! I have a lot of fun with Cass’ extended family but I think there definitely was that immediate scare for Cap that she’d found a ‘new’ family, but her family is his family and he gets to be part of it too! I definitely see him being the one to man the BBQ and he gets to relive some of the good old Dad Days by helping look after some of the younger kids. 

Also a headcanon I have that there’s not a lot of room for outside of just a fun fact is that I can see the house Cap retired in becoming a sort of hub for Lio’s family whenever they stay in Corona because as fun as it is to stay in the palace, I imagine it’s hard to get super comfortable there as a guest because you can’t exactly make yourself at home. Particularly because it’d be impractical to cook anything for yourself without getting in the way of a whole team of staff it is to prepare every meal, so it’s not unusual for Cap to come home and find someone borrowing his kitchen
