Like a wet puppy

Nico had decided to walk home today instead of take a taxi, thinking he could beat the rain. He hadn't even got half way home when the rain started to downpour. He managed to make it under a large tree in someone's front yard, but still the rain came down hard. The young male was now dripping wet, and stranded underneath the tree. As he ran a hand through his hair to get some of the water out, he went to pull out his phone. Of course the battery had died, making him sigh, now having to wait out the rain.
