Quickly tested Make Pixel Art tool. Out of all tries it uploaded the picture to local gallery just once - and it was wrong uncropped version! MPA looks pretty but in some cases it's not very intuitive (for example, working with the scissors tool often requires several undos). However, it can become a nice application if they'll work on the interface a bit more and fix the uploading issue.

UPD. And after i posted it here, vocoded voice finally informed me that the picture is ready to share. Still, if you have to post about it in order to upload something, maybe it's not too practical.
