maybe just maybe some of you wanna reconsider your methods and turn to .. witchcraft?
Wake up. Sit up. Open your eyes wide. Think about what will be good about this day.
Think about what you plan to get this day. What you plan to accomplish.
Nourish yourself. Cleanse, exfoliate. Hydrate. Your skin and your body.
Build a positive perspective in the morning so it can last all day. Take care of yourself, as much as you can as well as you can.
Go out. Push your limits. Speak to one person. Two people. Order from the barista/cashier instead of the kiosk. Go into the restaurant instead of the drive thru.
Change up your routine. Little by little. Try new things everyday. Develop a new gratitude for life. Change the way you show that gratitude. For life, for yourself, for others.
Smile at strangers. Eat regularly throughout the day. Refill your water bottle. Walk around wherever you are instead of sitting for another 20 minutes.
Take the long way. Go slower. Take in different details.
Pause. Reflect. Be still. Rest and reflection are just as important as any other thing you did today.
Never forget that it is okay to do something different than what you planned. Take things in stride. Learn from all experiences.
Feel your legs. Your abdomen. Your chest. Neck. And face. Rub your temples and neck. Stretch. Repeat.
And get some rest, finally.
