hi :) what are some things you do to make work more enjoyable? my procrastination is destroying me and I could really use some ideas to combine my happy time-wasting hobbies with my not-so-happy responsibilities. thanks and I love what you do here, keep the positive vibes coming :)
A few tips to make work more fun (I’m still figuring this out too but here’s what I learned so far!):
1. Create a workspace. If you work in person, decorate your cubicle and make the space feel like yours. If you work remotely, dedicate a space in your house that’s for work only.
2. Take breaks as needed/as they’re allowed. Don’t do work on those breaks. It’s tempting, I know, but you need time to just breathe!
3. Try your best to maintain a work-life balance. Schedule out when you work and when you have time for yourself. Always remember to schedule out time for yourself!
It took me a while to get to your ask, anon, so you might already know these by now. If that’s the case, consider them positive reminders! I hope your work life is going well. And I took a long break, but I’m back briefly to spread some more positive vibes :)
