Last night I was talking to a dear friend of mine, and she asked me how I manage to smile and be kind in the face of heartbreak, betrayal, and my depression. I didn't have a very eloquent answer, but then I found this quote. It can be hard to let go of feelings of discouragement, hate, and inferiority, but the peace that comes from learning to laugh through the tears is so worth it. I am so blessed to have the restored Gospel of Jesus Christ in my life, and learn of His atoning sacrifice for me very day that I'm here.
