Schnitzel and Boo Mini Quilt Swap received: A long time ago now, I joined the Schnitzel and Boo Mini Quilt swap and made a mini quilt to send to a secret partner (my progress here and finished mini here.)

The person who was assigned to send to me actually disappeared and didn’t follow through! (We were all supposed to receive by January). So my “swap mama” organized to have an “angel mini” for me - that is, a mini quilt made my someone else, who’d already done another mini quilt for the swap - to make an extra one for me.

This package from Shara (@sgthings on Instagram) arrived in the mail yesterday! I was really excited to receive it, and I’ll use it all. She was so generous in adding in little extras, too. She used a “darting birds” block in the mini quilt that I think look a bit like angels, too - so I’ll remember her kindness in making this extra mini for me. Thank you!
