Make DC Smile Shoot
A couple of weekends ago, we had the pleasure of hanging out with Massoud Adibpour and the Make DC Smile crew. Brandon had setup the opportunity for us to be onsite to capture the magic. Make DC Smile is a movement that is helping promote positivity to everyday people. This time around they built giant chalkboards presenting strangers with the opportunity to answer a simple question, "What makes you smile?"
What soon followed was not only smiles and laughter, but ideas as many people stopped by to add something to the boards. From children to the elderly, everyone had something to say. Personally, I loved the fact that someone added "nephews" to the list, because my nephews have been nothing but a blessing.
Make DC Smile is a wonderful community project that's growing and it's definitely something you should support. So check out their Facebook page and keep an eye out for Massoud and their boards in DC when the weather warms up.
