2023, What’s up?
It's been a while since I last posted here. Many things have changed. I resigned from my previous job and joined Amex. I still kept in touch with my previous coworkers, but I'm really enjoying my new company. Boy, I cried a lot before I finally got the courage to resign. When I moved to AMex, I was very surprised with what I saw. Culture shock was actually an understatement. It's a really different world when you decide to let go of your comfort zone. Passing the certification was hard, but sustaining your KPI metrics was very challenging, and I'm loving it. It made me creative in handling my customers. I'll be lying if I say I didn't cry; in fact, I cry almost every month out of frustration, but it's ok; I truly believed that I would get it right this month. Oh, I learned how to drive and got my own driver's license! I also bought a new camera lens and have been practicing lately.
Nothing much happened, but I really have high hopes this year.
