I did day three of my interval workout, 40 jumping jacks and 20 crunches!
I made Deep Green Spirulina smoothie for breakfast, I forgot to get camu camu fruit. It was DISGUSTING!!! It was sweet in the first sip and half way through the first sip it was bitter! If I try it again I will definitely buy the camu camu fruit.
I also started on my broccoli sprouts to add to the foods I eat.
