Three questions pertaining to Magneto’s children: 1) which of them do you like best? 2) which of them has the coolest costumes? 3) whose powers would *you* want to have, if they were the only options?
that is like asking magneto himself to choose between his children-- which is to say, very easy! wanda is my favorite of the lot. i find her character most compelling, but share little in-depth of that love exactly because she's so dear to me, so i take slights to her character very personally. you can imagine that's not the easiest thing to avoid getting heated about given how frequently that character is summarily stomped on. i'm trying not to exist in extremes anymore.
for costumes, polaris wins best in show! green is underappreciated and underutilized, and the variations of her crown (and sometimes lack thereof) make for an interesting tie-in to the current state of her character. i was disappointed to see her hellfire gala outfits didn't live up to that standard in my opinion, so in that specific event's regard wanda's got the upper hand.
i think pietro and wanda drew the worst lots at birth when it comes to powers. the twins make it very apparent that their mutations are a daily struggle, mentally most of all. i've got enough issues in my own head without time moving slower for me than anyone's and my emotional breakdowns manifesting as chaos magic. i will take the magnetism! maybe i'd finally get an MRI if i was able to do it to myself.
