Thinking about Sarang and noise

How, as an infant, mirror!Celine rarely responded to the demon’s crying. How it stopped doing it nearly as much, eventually

How it started to mimic her voice, her words, learned to follow commands and communicate in return. How it would even try to sing—a wretched mockery of everything Hunters stood for, Miyeong died for, and one she was certain to punish thoroughly

How the thing Celine told Mira was a demon looked at her with human eyes, wide and expressive even if they were yellow, and said “Yes, Master,” in a rough voice like she didn’t get to speak very much and Mira’s stomach roiled because she didn’t know what this was, but she knew that was a person

How the demon didn’t speak in front of Zoey during her first week at the hanok, because wanted to be sure Celine that the girl understood, so she wouldn’t have to teach her what it was with the same brutality that she had taught Mira

How the chains always jangled when the demon walked, but the new Celine has taken them away and now it has gone and startled her because it walked too quietly and it is sorry, it is bad, it is sorry—

How the apartment was never quiet, and there was always someone singing something, and, more often than not, it was Rumi, and Sarang took to watching her, to watching the way people listened to her, looked at her, loved her, and started to think maybe—

[Ooc:] Have you taken any poetry classes? Was there inspiration to take this route for your cryptic arg sort thing? If so, whom?

I mean this in no offensive way, but the structure seems simple. Theres much fun to be had when using poetry in such a form as this. Golden Shovels, acrostics, the list goes on. If it doesn't ruin the appeal, I would be curious if you used any specific poetic forms or how you came up with the lines. But feel free to keep what you'd like to yourself.

It seems quite simple, but not in a bad way. Your work is fascinating. I'm curious of the overall poem and message and would assume thats all.
