I started therapy last week. So far, it’s just the one appointment, an intake evaluation, but I have high hopes that it’s a step in the right direction. She said that it’s not going to be a “Get better, live life” sort of thing, but more of a “live life, get better”. I’m terrified. Absolutely terrified.

I told her about the dream I had while I was unconscious in the hospital. That seems to be something that’s going to haunt me for a long time.
