Mauri earned a stripe today 2-1-17. Much appreciated to have awesome coaches and professors watching him grow in his jiu jitsu and teaching him more about discipline and good character. ..... He's been training harder every time he gets a chance. I told him to visualize and use his imagination in his mind how it feels being there with the mats at his feet, the air .. how it smells, how it feels, the sound and noises, imagine his tough opponent and how hard it will be......Imagine and visualize his wins and hold the moment in his memory. ... He will have his opportunity to make it real and he will remember how he imagined it just how hard it was and if he lose trying his best .. his opponent will have to earn it and that he has given them hell to remember about him....
