Enhancing and Contouring Neutral Eye Makeup for Beginners
LET’S GO BACK TO BASICS! This one’s a super-quick clip for the newbies to makeup who are still figuring out where colors go and how to use those neutral palettes.
This also includes universally flattering steps that can enhance most eye shapes, by lifting the socket, widening the outer corners, lifting the center of the lids, elongating the eyes, etc.
