You know, I may not be the best conversation starter; in fact any sort of conversation leaves me feeling like I probably said something wrong.
BUT, I’ve seen a lot of people talking about how they don’t know how to do their makeup. AND I WANNA HELP SOME OF MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS OUT.
You should know that I’ve done other friends’ makeup & hair in a few beauty pageants (granted they didn’t get any higher that 5th, but that’s not the point), I’ve also been a competitive cheerleader for the past four years. So I like to think I’m pretty experienced in stage makeup.
I’m also an avid watcher of YouTube videos and a constant Pinterest-tips-finder. So if you need any help with “beauty” (I put in quotes because its a relative term) you can ask me anything. If you need help understanding winged eyeliner, shaping nails, facial scrubs, or anything of the sort, I probably know how to help.
If I don’t know the answer that you’re looking for, I’ll do my best to find it.
You all look beautiful with or without makeup, but as I told a friend recently, (just ten minutes ago to be exact) self confidence is important! And if you think makeup and a curling iron will make you feel beautiful, then BY GOD I’M GONNA MAKE SURE YOU KNOW HOW TO DO IT CORRECTLY. :)
