Oh. My. Goodness. 🙀💕 Not that I needed another reason to love @dermae but look! Haha 😻 I still can’t believe they sent all 5 shades of their new Tinted Moisturizing BB Cream with SPF 30 💜 Check out my PR Story Highlight for an unboxing and demo. Swipe for swatches of the two shades I’m testing out (Light + Medium). So far, after testing it for a week (shade Light), I’m loving how easy it is to apply and that the SPF is Zinc Oxide based. It has a creamy formula that adds a great amount of buildable coverage—I’d say about a light to medium coverage that plays nice with other cream and powder products. To help with longevity on oily skin types, I highly recommend using your favorite setting spray and only applying what’s needed. If you’re looking for something quick and easy, this is a great option! I find myself reaching for it on days that I’m in a hurry, so the fact that it applies best using fingertips is awesome! For whatever reason, this year my skin has been feeling extra sensitive to...well...everythaaaang! 😂 The added SPF in this product makes it a no-brainer choice for protecting my skin from sun damage. One of the questions I got from you guys was: “does it break you out?” In short, no. Not yet, at least. A lot of SPF products do play a number on my skin, but this one (so far) seems to be safe. I’ll continue to test it out and report back if anything changes. Also, I want to note that this formula will oxidize to a deeper shade, so keep that in mind! It applies flawlessly, but I did notice It settling into pores and fine lines as the day progressed. From a product I reach for on quick and easy days, I really don’t mind. However, this isn’t my go-to on special event days where I need my base to look flawless all day, if that makes sense. What’s your favorite BB or CC Cream? For my everyday sun protection, the @dermae Sun Defense Mineral Oil-Free Sun Screen is one of my SPF heroes 🙌 Protecting your skin is so important but I find it so hard to find options that work for my skin...so frustrating! About 4 years ago I finally realized that I’m allergic to a lot of different SPF active ingredients EXCEPT for Titanium Dioxide and Zinc Oxide.
