Excited to return here. Archives for my makeup looks, my thoughts, and my inspiration. I need a place to unpack my creative anxieties. I’ve been creating from a place of fear. Creating to keep up with capitalism is not working. I’ve been stressed about my artistry due to a few new challenges I’ve experienced. I’m working through it but the feeling of not doing more is a heavy cloud over my head. I create to be happy but now I feel like I’m creating to compete with capitalism….working though my feelings. Talking into the internet void feels comforting.

i sure love to rant on here abt dumbass beauty youtubers, but i rarely ever talk about those i enjoy, and that has to change at least a bit. if any of y’all enjoy chatty beauty videos (anti hauls, tags, themed videos talking about products in general) with excellent sense of humour and no filter, check out makeupstruggles. fuckin LOVE her channel, from the username to the fresh original content (she does this really amazing series presenting her (awesome!) ideas for palette redesigns) to the sharp tongue. her antihauls always have me  h o l l e r i n g. she doesn’t do tutorials afaik, and that’s honestly a plus for me bc i don’t care much for tutorials, but her makeup is always on point as well and i love love love that she’s always rocking unconventional looks. bomb ass channel. absolute breath of fresh air. subscribe to her.
