I saw some of the videos about the recent North Cotabato's flash floods. It's scary if you see it in person. The guy who took the video got horrified because it was abrupt. There were some houses near the dead river and the guy warned them to evacuate. From a afar, you can hear the strong rushing sound of the flash flood that carried many huge logs and other tree trunks from the mountains of Makilala. Some officials from the province said that the logs are caused by the earthquakes last year.
