Selam😊 I need your opinion/help about my future husband, he's Muslim as well but he says that he can't stop thinking about having sx with me. When I knew about it I said that it wasn't the correct thing until we become officially together but his answer is that he loves me so much and that it's just he really want to have a family with me. I’m trying to give this man the benefit of the doubt but my first reaction is he sounds extremely manipulative. I want you to really evaluate the conditions of your relationship. Are you engaged to him officially? Do both your families know? Is he progressing towards marriage with you? Does he speak about sexual stuff often? Do you meet with him alone or with a chaperone? Is he dedicated in his religion and dedicated in growing in his deen with you?

At the end of the day it’s 100% normal for both men & women to have desires and when you have access to someone you love a lot it becomes easier for that person to forget what is important. However, the boundary needs to be set firm. I would cut all talk about it off and be firm about this with him. I also suggest sending him ayah/hadith and lectures about these things to remind him of his deen. If he’s not responsive to this and is continually insisting that he wants sex before marriage, then you need to reconsider if this man is of benefit to you.

It only takes a small crack in the door for the shaytaan to shove it wide open, so be extremely careful in your actions and choices with him. InshAllah, if he is good for you and you are good for him, you two will work past this so you can avoid sin and begin your marriage in such a positive way.
