One step forward
So we're back in hotels, at an extended stay again. Our truck is still fucked. The friends parents decided we'd been there long enough (or at least the dad did). But the friend has offered to drive my husband to and from work every day.
Mardi gras though here in it's brith city has caused hotel rates to skyrocket. We been here 2 weeks and paying weekly. I just paid today for the next week and it's $200 more than the first week we stayed. We literally have only $10 more than what it's cost in the bank. Thankfully we got food and my husband gets paid tomorrow. But it's still crazy the prices going up.
3 flights of stairs every day some times multiple times a day though is already making a difference lol the ladies in the lobby are friendly and kind. Every day I'm trying my best to find some way to make money online but so far no good. And to top it off my husband informed me last night that he still hasn't paid for the storage unit this month. We also still have a lot of items at the friends parents house because we couldn't fit everything in friends SUV.
