🐟🐠Aquarium Sensory Bottle🦑🐙 * 🐠Fantastic sensory activity for young and older kids! Great to teach them about sea animals, and water💧. 🐟Can also play an aquatic "I spy game," and make it even more fun!🎉 🐳Older kids can have extra fun putting everything inside the bottle. * 🐡What you need: 🌟A Voss bottle, or, any bottle with smooth surface and wide opening, so to place items inside. I used a Voss bottle as it's perfect for it. 🌟Small sea animals. I used 6 animals, got them from Michaels. 🌟Sea shells, got mine from the dollar store. I used 20 small shells, and 10 shells in bigger assorted sizes. Can use more, or, less depending on preference. 🌟Baby oil, 4 tsp. To help everything move better inside the bottle, and create a more realistic look. 🌟Blue food colouring, 1 drop. 🌟Water. 🌟Hot glue (optional). * 🦑How to: 🌟Fill 3/4 of the bottle with water. 🌟Add food colouring, and shake. 🌟Add baby oil, and shake again. 🌟Then, place sea shells, and sea animals inside the bottle. 🌟Once everything is inside the bottle continue to fill with water to the top. 🌟My son is 13 months, so, I sealed the bottle with hot glue, to make sure he won't open it. Older kids may also open the bottle and spill blue water on your floors. However, if this isn't a concern no need for the hot glue. If no hot glue is used, the bottle can be re-used, which is a benefit; however, safety 1st! 😁. 🌟I do want to retrieve the animals after we're done with the bottle, I'll just have to cut it open. 🌟That's it!! 🎉Hope your kiddos have a blast😁🌟. * #funwithtoddler#toddlemom#toddler#toddlerfun#nomesskidsactivities#toddleractivities#toddleractivitiesathome#kidsactivitiesathome#diyaquariumsensorybottle#sensorybottles#funwithkids#parenting#parentinglife#diykidsactivities#diykidssensoryactivities#toddlerlife#toddlerlearning#makinglearningsimple#makinglearningfun (at Toronto, Ontario)
