Nabbed two of these super Tikuanyin Tea caddies at the Newark Runway antiques and vintage fair yesterday with super peacock motifs and scrolly feather design. I absolutely love peacocks and when you see them in England, they seem so magical and exotic. When I saw the tin, I instantly knew what I was going to make with it. And then in the bottom of the same box I rummaged out another! Woot woot! Every inch of this super design is going to be upcycled into something new giving it renewed purpose and meaning, rather than living in a dusty cardboard box for the rest of eternity.
