made more shellac for treating sunflower flutes. Shellac works well with this material, as it seals the porous outside and inside. For bamboo flutes I use only walnut oil. My Sunflower flutes get a treatment with walnut oil also after the layers of shellac are applied. I use copal laquer in Isopropanol also on sunflower flutes before I start burnng the holes (last picture).
