Never tell someone having an anxiety attack to 'stop' or 'just stop now'. Because if they are having a real anxiety attack THEY CAN'T! Trust me, they're trying their flipping hardest to stop, their not doing this to themselves on purpose and you saying that is probably making it worse.

I walked into a womans office a couple of days ago at university and she was crying. We got chatting about what was upsetting her, her line manager talking to her really badly and humiliating her in front of her collegues. After i left i still felt bad for her, so in true tumblr fashion, i sent her a nice email telling her to ignore her line manager and said some kind things as a  little pick me up, because i know thats what i would have liked someone to do for me. Well today i found out that the email i sent to her also got sent to her line manager and she has got into soo much trouble for it. And now i feel AWFUL :(
