Lapidary day today! The bead and pendant are gembone and the moon is midnight lace obsidian that has been cut super thin to let the light through. That’s also my first semi-successful attempt at lead soldering.
I am particularly giddy about that bead. They are tricky and time consuming but I love making them and that one turned out REALLY nice. A+ Mako!
Fun fact! The Dino bone came with a blood sacrifice! I forgot to remove my hand from the grinder and wore a hole into my thumb and failed to notice until I started to leak! It stings like a motherfucker now! 🤣😅 (this happens frequently when I get into a project (yay hyperfixating) but I don’t usually draw blood lol)
