Hallo anon, and yes! This twitter user (link goes directly to the Makura thread) is where I saw the scans from. Of equal importance*, the Graphic Archive Extra Works 9 (where the concept sketches are) can be ordered here!
I think the page below really shows where the design concepts started to shift into the Makura we know and love. Hopefully they use the one on the right at some point for a different character...

*I didn't know there was a place in English to buy the art books from and am very excited to share this knowledge!
Every time the yearly GBF art book comes out I see people wishing the devs went with this design or that one, which is fair! (Example: I really liked Adam's uncap art sketches but can see why they went with a less-violent and more protective look for him in the end, it suits his character more.) But at the same time I'm in awe that any one design comes out on top in the end.
It just really, really says a lot to me that GBF's artists are so good that even the concept sketches look fantastic in their own right. Like, all those different Makura designs? You can actually see the evolution over time: she starts out small and cute, and then as the designing process goes on she gets longer legs, fluffier hair, etc., until we wind up with her official look.
And on a smaller detail note, I find it funny how at one point Fuwa!Lucilius was going to have a preppy look, blazer and everything. You can see the point in the process where the artists went "Wait, no". XD Probably around the same time, he became the more rebellious character we saw in Sincerely, Your Dearest Friend...
