This poor girl's entire existence has been so loveless.
I don't think I've EVER seen a WORSE case of 'main character hate' then Mal! She just has to breathe, and she's wrong! It's RIDICULOUS!
Is she perfect? No, she definitely has flaws. But guess what? She's. A. Teenage. Girl! They ALL have flaws. The way she is torn down and not given any grace by the fandom. While other characters are automatically forgiven, godified and defended is honestly sickening!
