The @bira91beer Malabar Stout was created in collaboration with @bluetokaicoffee and it shows on the tongue. With about 10% coffee it tastes somewhat like a cold brew, just way more pleasing as I’m not a coffee drinker but a well known stout lover. Appearance is very dark with little foam. It smells nutty with a dry and light mouthfeel. Is this my favourite stout of all time? No! Is it good for an initial foray by an Indian brand? Yes!
