Terrance hummed softly to himself as he sat by the base of the mountain, weaving some sticks and flowers together, attempting to make a crown out of it all. He didn't often come to the pilgrims steps very often, but today... It was quiet and everyone else was busy in the village.

He braided three strands of grass together tiredly, suddenly feeling a wave of sadness and guilt hit him.

"... Maybe Pa is right... I'm not good for anything but making flowers..." he muttered sadly.

As soon as he saw her float towards him, Eddie’s heart began speeding from excitement. Oh, how he missed her !

Tiny wave. "Hello! I hope you have a nice day today!" She holds out a stem of daisy flower. She's not selling, but rather giving them out to everyone.

His gloved fingers curl around the stem of the daisy, ever careful. Very rarely do small gestures feel so special, as though the universe were holding its breath in anticipation... Nightwing hesitates, casting a slightly wary glance over her features, gleaning only sincerity in her kind face before ever so graciously accepting this gift.

" Thank you.. Ms? "

"Mr. Nygmaaa!" She's flying towards him and boof! She's hugging him. "Someone said you're having a bad day! What happened? Are you okay?"

! ! !      He still wasn’t quite used to this; having people who would scoop him into their arms whenever his spirits were so low, they rest upon the ground. The hug, however, was certainly nice, though. He greatly appreciated it, even if Edward didn’t always vocalize that. He was TERRIBLE at expressing gratitude. “ Uh... I’m not sure if I’m okay, ” in fact, sometimes he wasn’t sure if he’s ever been okay. “ But I... really don’t want to talk about what happened. I’ve talked about, & argued about it so often today... that I’m exhausted of being told what a bad person I am. ” Of course, he had to give a sprinkle of context to it, that way he could possibly gain more sympathy.
