UNLESS IT’S MALEFICENT!TADASHI FROM THAT OTHER AU, AND THEN THAT’S AWESOME. Maybe this Tadashi called in a favour from Maleficent!Tadashi, because he couldn’t pick up his brother himself, so Maleficent!Tadashi is here to bring Hiro home. Because Hiro, really, it’s very irresponsible to erase your own existence and run away from home. You are so grounded mister

So in Maleficent! Au,the scene where Hiro found out the truth that he was cursed by Tadashi and just run away to the castle?

That would be so sad, especially because he’d be running back to Callaghan who is EEEVIL. But that would inevitably lead to Tadashi storming the castle, turning Baymax into a red-and-purple dragon (”Baymax, wings!”), and getting his own wings back, ultimately saving Hiro from his sleeping curse and defeating the evil King.

So sad, but eventually happy ending

And also,Maleficent! Tadashi can call Hiro "beasty". Maybe the gang will be the fairies who take care of Hiro as a small baby?

I can see Maleficent!Tadashi calling him ‘knucklehead’ or something as his little nickname.

And yes, we can totally have four fairies raising Hiro! Although hopefully they’re a little more competent when it comes to child care than the fairies in the movie…*looks at the nerd lab crew* *hands Hiro over to Tadashi*

How about Maleficent au? Maybe Tadashi can be Maleficent and Hiro can be Aurora.

Callaghan can be King Stefan, the person Tadashi trusted but ultimately betrayed him…and Hiro is adopted. Baymax can be Tadashi’s shapeshifting raven companion that helps him keep an eye on Hiro while he’s growing up.
