Malice/Vindi: This is the newest sibling to be added to her ‘family’. He was created after all the other homunculi had been banished from her homeworld. Having possessed the body of her friend and ally Ran Fan, he claims to have been sent by Father to kill her (and their other siblings). Avara feels a great amount of discomfort when dealing with him, because of the fact that he has the body of her friend, and is basically holding him captive. She would very much like to help her friend regain control even if just for a little while, but she’s not sure how to do that, and the situation causes a lot of frustration. He seems to give her the same feeling she has around Lust, and so she does not trust him.
She does have a bit more trust for his brotherhood counterpart, who resides in the body of Lan Fan. This Malice she has gotten to know a bit more personally, and the two of them have shared a few meaningful chats in the past. She too is supposed to kill the Greed of her world, but so far, neither one of them seems to have acted on this directive, and it’s possible that Avara hopes to steer the girl away from this, and possible make her realize that her ‘Father’ does not have her best interest in mind.
