3. What is your favorite/least favorite part about writing?

LMAO wow, this hard. I guess my least favourite part about writing is how actually engaging it is XD I mean, fact is, when I write I really have to concentrate since I don’t write in my native language and I try to be simply natural but most of the times I can’t really let it go because I’m worried I’m not writing exactly what I’m thinking, you know?

but my favourite part about writing might be coming up with the story, my mind completely fills up with images of the story, short dialogues, scenes, clothings, it’s all really exciting!!!

12. Which story of yours do you like best? why?

This is always the most difficult question for me because I tend to love all of my works because they show something about the me who wrote them. But if I have to choose, gun to head, I’d say Licking a Path to You because I really really wrote it for myself and it was amazing. ❤️

20. Any advice for young writers/advice you wish someone would have given you early on? One piece of advice that’s stuck with me, is to learn to read like a writer. Reading as a writer requires a focus on aspects like the structure of the story, the POV, the techniques the writer used to generate responses in the reader and so on. Reading that way differs from literary criticism or reading for pleasure without giving those technical aspects much thought. I don’t approach everything I read with that kind of study technique (that would be exhausting) but I often look at stories I love to identify what it is about the writing that I found so enjoyable as a reader. I try to do that across different authors, styles, genres, story length, fiction, non-fiction, creative non-fiction and so on. It helps me to develop a good sense of storytelling techniques and working out the technical aspects of writing I’m drawn to and examining what has been successful in a story (and what hasn’t) has helped me sharpen my own voice as a writer.

21. What aspect of your writing are you most proud of? It’s not really a writing thing like dialogue, characterisation or plot, but being able to tackle difficult topics and find joy and hope amidst the anger and pain I suppose. Is being relentlessly hopeful anything to do with writing? I don’t know that it is, but capturing it matters to me because in a world like ours it pushes me forwards. Hope. I would like to think I write that in a way that resonates.

Omg such a hard question. When it comes to Drarry I think my top favorite is Auror partners/case fics, I really love those - especially if it’s enemies to friends to lovers. Second and third place would probably go to identity porn and fwb, love myself a fuck buddies gone wrong 👌🏼 I also have a soft spot for rentboy AUs! As you can see, I’m all over the place lol

Hi! What's your favourite thing about fandom and/or creating fanart and fics?

Hi, @malenkayacherepakha! 💖 That’s a few different questions! My favorite thing about my experience of fandom is that it’s a creative community of a caliber I last knew a very long time ago. I’m amazed every day by the artistry produced just for the love of the story. It’s brought me into contact with brilliant people I surely never would have met otherwise, and it’s my privilege to see this side of them when most people do not. Like...I’m also a member of the hooping community, which overlaps with many other flow arts, and I’ve known many people of exquisite grace and skill. One of them works at a grocery store near my house. This is a person who eats fire for fun on her days off, and all the people who go through her checkout line at the store have no idea. I’m incredibly lucky to know all you fire-eaters. 😁❤️ My favorite thing about creating fanart is just the fact that I’m creating again, numb hands and all. It’s a form of creativity I never foresaw for myself. I’m delighted to find that I can use all my tools and supplies and make works that are valued in the fandom, however simple they are, and I’ve gotten a few messages from people who are happy to see there’s room in fandom for visual art that’s neither professionally polished nor requiring digital art equipment. You could post them as headcanons rather than full fics? People still love to read them! Or see if an author wants to work together on it? From everything I've seen you post you don't need to worry about your English, it's great! But I get it, I'm insecure about writing in my second language ❤

I know my English is good - but don’t you feel writing a story is different than writing a blog post? Maybe that is a solution, though, working together on it. We’ll see! I’m bound to get an idea sooner or later...
