What does it mean to wear “casual” to an interview with a tech company? Below are some suggestions for appropriate male and female attire.
Dress comfortably- no ties and heels required.
Even though it’s “casual”, don’t show up with flip flop and shorts...
Wear long pants (at least over the knee): jeans, slacks, dress pants,...
Or long skirts (pencil skirts, waist high skirts, etc).
Wear t-shirt and jeans with a blazer to make it more professional,
Or wear t-shirt with slacks or a nice skirt.
Blazer with a summer (casual) dress, nothing too revealing.
Polo or collared shirts with jeans and a nice belt works too.
Remember this is still an interview so you want to look the part. Good luck!
