They recently gifted me a bottle to try and I am obsessed! - This gin satisfies smell, taste, and sight, with delicious Sicilian Pink Grapefruit, that plays beautifully in this gin sour. Today we’re flying off to Europe, first stop in Italy with Malfy Gin Rosa, and swinging by Spain with Licor 43. Don’t finish too quickly, you’ll want this trip to last ✈️ - Rosa Gold - 2 oz Pink Grapefruit Gin @malfygin_us .5 oz Licor 43 .5 oz Vanilla Syrup .75 oz Lemon Juice Egg White - Add all ingredients except egg whites into a shaker. Shake with ice to chill, then discard ice. Add egg white and dry shake. Open pour into a coupe glass.
