This drink is both refreshing and classy. It has floral notes from elderflower, sweetness from peach, and a hint of lavender's scent. It's also crisp from the gin and sour from the lemon.
Ingredients: 2 oz Elderflower liqueur. 1 oz Peach schnapps. 1 oz Lavender-infused gin. 0.75 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice. 0.5 oz Simple syrup. 1 Egg white.
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice. Shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 10-15 seconds. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a sprig of fresh lavender or a slice of peach if desired.
